When children feel safe and truly seen, their natural creativity and sense of wonder come alive. By weaving together this innate curiosity with holistic practices like Reiki, sound healing, breathwork, and meditation, we create a playful and nurturing space. These gentle introductions help empower children with tools they can return to as they grow—offering support, grounding, and inspiration throughout their journey.
For Teens:
Adolescence can be a time of deep transformation, pressure, and uncertainty. Connection and community become essential. Our teen offerings provide a safe, welcoming space to simply be—where they can connect with like-minded souls, feel seen, and recharge. Through practices like meditation, Reiki, sound healing, and breathwork, alongside explorations with crystals and intuitive tools like oracle cards, teens are supported in building trust in themselves and their path.
new borns (0-6 months)
A soothing sound bath experience designed for mums and their newborns to bond, connect, and be held in a supportive space. As your nervous system softens through gentle sound healing, your baby naturally attunes to this calm. Share the journey with like-minded mothers, fostering connection, rest, and ease.
children (5 - 11)
Our children's sessions nurture the soul through a joyful blend of creativity and holistic practices. In a safe and playful environment, little ones explore holistic practises and creativity—empowering them with grounding tools to carry through life.
teens (12 - 17)
Offerings for teens to feel supported, inspired, and seen. Through creative expression, and holistic tools such meditation, Reiki, sound healing, paired with divination tools they build self-trust and community alongside kindred spirits.

Let's kick off with an enchanting introduction to the world of crystals - what they are, their magical powers, and how to put them to work.
Next up, in a group the young souls will be encouraged to use their intuition to pick a crystal buddy that they resonate with, we then dive into a fairy-tale meditation, and sprinkle some magic on their creativity and imagination with sounds and vibrations.
Followed by taking time to craft their very own crystal grid for a cosy nook in their room or home that is just for them to relax and unwind or simply be, followed by a soothing sound bath and meditation session.
Then, onto the hands-on action! Where they get to create their bespoke bracelet or key ring.
As a sweet parting gift, each child gets a crystal, with a bottle of "fairy dust," and the unique jewellery they crafted to take home as a reminder of their creativity

All materials are included in the price such as print out crystal grids, jewellery supplies and key chain supplies.

If attending a studio session, then a blanket and if it at home - some refreshments, snacks, blankets and a safe and quiet space

Due to the nature of the sessions, they are kept to a small and cosy size to allow all children to be seen and heard and only one other adult is to stay if they wish. This allows yourself some free time and also encouraging Independence for the young children.
