Assunta offers Reiki Healing sessions to help you reconnect to your Mind, Body, and Soul.

Reiki is often referred to as life force energy, flowing through a practitioner to clients. It is channelled energy that stimulates the healing process within the body, the energy is directed to the area within the body that needs it.

Our bodies already know how to heal themselves but sometimes they need extra help, as our modern lives can drain our energy and creates weakness within,

It is during treatment, the Reiki healing helps to release any stagnated energy and old emotions that have created blocks that are potentially holding us back and no longer serving us.

Healing may start with a treatment, but it unleashes all that is within you, to heal and open up.

Astro reiki healing

  • A 75-minute unique session channelling Reiki energy healing and working with your Moon sign as this is related to your inner world and emotions. We will look at the characteristics, talk about your inner world and work together where you need the support, tailoring your healing to your specific needs.

    Combining Reiki healing, crystals for your zodiac sign, with tuning forks to help heal the body on a deeper energetic level. Helping you to release stagnant energy within the body that no longer serves you.

    Allowing you to feel more connected to your mind body and soul. Creating a deeper understanding of yourself, and ways that work best for you to unwind and relax.

A Soulful Call

ground and restore

  • A beautiful grounding 90-minute Reiki package where we will be balancing the body's Chakras with a focus on the lower three Chakras...the Solar Plexus, Sacral Chakra, and Base Chakra.

    Allowing you to ground and calm the body and soul.

    The treatment will end with a reflexology foot massage and signing bowls to bring the energies down to the connection with the earth. Resting and restoring those tired feet that support us every day on our journey in life.

    You will feel a sense of grounding, gratitude, and connection to yourself and your environment.

A 15-minute casual meet and greet, to get to know you, see what you are looking for, and how I can help you in your healing journey.

energise and elevate

  • A 90-minute elevating healing package to help your energies rise up and release, letting go of what no longer serves you.

    During this Reiki healing, we will work on the Chakras with a focus on the higher three - Crown, Third Eye, and Throat Chakra to balance and release, incorporating a head, neck, and shoulder massage including a facial pressure point massage.

    We then finish our time together with energising gong vibrations and a Crown Chakra singing bowl to activate the energies.

    Allowing you to connect to your higher self and intuition.

  • During our session I use a hands-on healing approach, channeling energy to help align the seven main Chakra wheels. This allows the universal energy to be transferred through the hands encouraging emotional or physical healing for you.

    This treatment allows you to completely unwind and surrender to taking time for yourself and healing.
