This 50-minute after-school workshop provides a calm, structured environment where children are supported to relax, self-regulate, and transition gently from the school day.

The session uses sound, movement, creative expression, and age-appropriate Reiki practices to promote emotional wellbeing, relaxation, and self-awareness. Children are guided to explore gentle sound instruments and participate in a short guided relaxation and sound bath, supporting sensory regulation and concentration.

Reiki is offered in a non-intrusive, optional, and child-led way to encourage feelings of safety, calm, and emotional balance. Creative activities such as drawing or writing are used to support emotional expression and reflection. The session concludes with a grounding activity and optional sharing circle, helping children develop confidence, communication skills, and a sense of belonging within a safe and nurturing group setting.

The workshop is inclusive, non-competitive, and suitable for all abilities. No prior experience is required.
