This Soundscape experience is open to anyone and everyone who is interested in learning more about astrology and wanting to relax and connect to the soothing tones and vibrations from Crystal frosted signing bowls, gong, tongue drum.

Each month the sun dances into a new zodiac sign, we learn to embrace and embody its energies and during this monthly Soundscape we'll come together to discuss the astrology of the month ahead and the archetype of the zodiac sign. Empowering you to work through this energy vibration and how it might play out for us individually and as a collective.

You will then be guided into a mediation to connect with this monthly energy allowing yourself to open up and receive the Reiki infused vibrations and tones from the powerful healing of sound.

What we’ll be covering:
The energies of each Zodiac sign and how their traits might impact us
Covering what the New Moon in each sign will mean for you
Where this placement in your chart is and what that means for you.
Taking this time for yourself and learning more astrological placements is an empowering tool, that sense of coming back to how we used to live more closely and attuned to our natural elements.
This Soundscape event is designed to build a sense of community through the power of Astro sounds and vibrations, learning more about astrology to empower you, and where you can meet like-minded souls and even perhaps enjoy a cup of tea in the cafe.

Join your host Assunta, a jewellery designer, energy, and sound healer, to take time for yourself, to unwind, meet and connect with like-minded souls, allowing you to connect to your inner creativity.

During this creative mindful workshop, our time together will begin with an introduction to the Greek God Hephaestus and creativity. Talking about what this means for each of us as we all have unique gifts and talents within us..

During this creative mindful workshop, our time together will begin with an introduction to the Greek God Hephaestus and creativity. Talking about what this means for each of us as we all have unique gifts and talents within us.
You will then be guided on an activating meditation to connect to the Greek God Hephaestus who according to legend, became the greatest craftsman and was honoured with a place on Mount Olympus, the home of the Gods. Combining this energy with our Sacral Chakra - which is the gateway to our creativity and artistic expression will allow you to bring more creativity into your everyday life and let those creative sparks flow.
The guided meditation and sound bath to guide you to connect to the inner creativity that resides within you - you may not possess the powers of the Greek Gods however, but you possess something invaluable that enables you to CREATE magic through your hands.
Our time will continue with putting those creative sparks into action and allowing you to use your hands to create your very own beautiful and bespoke pieces (two) of jewellery to take home. You will be working with gemstones, colourful beads, silver-plated and gold-plated findings, and charms to create your very own personalised stretch bracelets, earrings, and necklaces - remember this is your creative journey there is no right or wrong way to connect with your creativity.
During the workshop, you will be provided with mindful techniques to help calm the mind and spend time meeting like-minded souls whilst you embrace your creativity!
