🔮 Crystal Charging Ritual Each child will choose a crystal and whisper their dream into it, learning the power of intention and how energy can be held, honoured, and nurtured.

🎶 Sound Bath & Guided Meditation A calming moment of rest: children will lie back and listen to the gentle tones of a sound bath, guided into a meditation where they plant a “dream seed” in their heart to grow alongside the Moon.

📖 Storytelling & Dream Seeds Crafting With stories of lunar magic and new possibilities, children will be invited to draw or write their intentions where they will leave it over night with their crystal of wishes and intentions

🌟 Affirmation & Gentle Reflection The class closes with movement, breathwork, and the empowering affirmation: “Like the Moon, I am always growing.”

Each child will leave with a New Moon activity sheet and their charged crystal, ready to continue their lunar journey at home.
