We then delve into the realm of energy healing, emotions, connecting to lunar cycles with your moon time, and personalised energy planning.

You’ll embrace meditation, sound healing, oracle cards, and empowering affirmations as your trusty “tool kit” on this mystical journey throughout your life.

You will then connect to your creativity that is waiting to be unleashed within you as you create your own unique bracelet or key ring.

As a sweet parting gift, each teen to remind them on their inner magnificence and a copy of what we have covered so they can read whenever the like.

All materials are included in the price such as print out crystal grids, jewellery supplies and key chain supplies.

If attending a studio session, then a blanket and if it at home - some refreshments, snacks, blankets and a safe and quiet space

Due to the nature of the sessions, they are kept to a small and cosy size to allow all children to be seen and heard and only one other adult is to stay if they wish. This allows yourself some free time and also encouraging Independence for the young children.

All sessions are are offered at home as “holistic parties” or at studio rooms.
